Our properties are Fully furnished homes are maintained in good condition to support a stable and pleasant shared living environment.
How Referrals Work
- Referrals accepted from hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community partners
- Submission of basic client information and housing needs
- Availability reviewed based on current openings
- Placement coordinated directly upon approval
- Move-in scheduled as quickly as possible when space is available
- Ongoing communication with referring party as needed
- Placement is subject to availability and eligibility at the time of referral
